We have contacted all of our pre booked and paid for spring course participants a couple of times since the lockdown to explain how we can limit the effects of the Coronavirus isolation restrictions and carry on our dog training service to you as best we can.
In brief by way of a reminder or if you haven’t received your email, we are not cancelling the course you are booked onbut due to government restrictions imposed on all of us, we have created two alternative options for you:
1. Take up your course as a live online version, the dates and times of which you will have received notification about recently (Sarah will be back in contact with you very shortly to confirm dates and times). The live online course will allow you to progress with your training and keep your dog happily occupied in this time of lock down. A good number of our trainees are already progressing very well by taking this route. When the restrictions have been lifted enough for a gathering for up to six people, we have arranged an outdoor venue with plenty of space for social distancing to provide one or two real time sessions in addition to the online ones in order to let the dogs see each other and socialise with humans kept at the appropriate distance according to Government guidelines.
2. Wait until lock down and the restrictions are over enough for a gathering, where you will be given absolute first priority of a course date to commence your training course with your dog.
Sarah has also been very busy creating videos as refreshers to allow you to keep working and having fun with your dog during this time.
If you feel that you would prefer to cancel your course, we would respectfully point you to our terms and conditions regarding the payment which is non-refundable. Click here for our terms and conditions.
We look forward to hearing from you on your choice of option and wish you, your dog and whole family the very best at this very difficult time for us all.
