Service Description
Have you completed our Puppy and Intermediate courses? Take your training to the next level by joining our new Advanced Silver Course, designed to help you and your dog build even greater skills and confidence. Confidence & Manners: A Positive Training Programme for You and Your Dog This practical and supportive training programme is designed to help you build a strong, trusting relationship with your dog while teaching essential life skills using kind, effective methods. Kind and Gentle Training Techniques Learn how to ask your dog for behaviours without force or pressure. We’ll show you how to reward them in ways that truly motivate and build trust, leading to lasting, reliable behaviours. Advanced Good Manners equivalent to a Silver level. Understanding Canine Communication You’ll learn how to recognise signs of stress, anxiety or overstimulation—and what to do about it. We’ll cover simple, supportive ways to help your dog feel safe, calm and heard. This programme is ideal for the next level for dogs that have already had some training and you wish to further your skills. All training is reward-based, gentle, and tailored to your dog’s individual needs. Dogs that are reactive to others cannot attend this course as it is disrupting to the class and could cause welfare issues to himself and other dogs present. Please note there is no class on September 28th 2026

Payment: All classes, workshops and 1-2-1 lessons must be paid for in advance either via an online banking transfer, Paypal, cash or by cheque (payments by cheque are subject to an additional administration fee of £1.50 to cover bank charges) – places cannot be confirmed until payment has been made in full and failure to pay may result in your place on the course being given to another client. F&G DT does not offer reductions or refunds for missed classes, and refunds will not generally be given unless there are exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of F&G DT.
